Doug Bond
Doug is a rare vocal talent in the Pacific Northwest with a voice that will rival any of the top names in bluegrass today. He developed his sound and guitar skills in the Willamette Valley of Oregon where operated a music business and played with various bands. Today Doug lives in Sandpoint Idaho; he is the driving vocal force to the “high-lonesome sounds” of COLUMBIA.
Steve Bauer
Steve is a talented mandolin and guitar player. He started playing Bluegrass in Colorado during the 70’s. During this time the Fort Collins area was a hotbed of talent including the likes of Tim O’Brien, Peter Wernick and others. Steve moved on to North Carolina for the next twenty years where he worked as a doctor of Veterinarian Medicine and continued to play music. In 2004 he moved to the Spokane area where he met and joined the band.
Bob Asbury
Bob is a resident of Liberty Lake Washington and has played banjo and rhythm guitar since high school years. Bob was an original member of CUSTERS GRASS BAND, the first Washington bluegrass band to organize east of the Cascade Mountains. During his years with CGB they recorded the first bluegrass album in the state of Washington. This album included a guest contribution by world-renowned fiddle genius Mark O’Connor
